Alhaji Olapade is a Fellow of the Chartered Association Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 prior to which he was articled to Egunjobi, Sulaimon & Co. He rose through the ranks and was admitted a Partner in Sulaimon & Co in 1988. He specialises in auditing, investigation and computer Auditing. He was the Engagement Partner on some major assignment including the Governance Issues Audit of National Oil and Chemical Marketing Plc and Value for Money Audit with the NNPC. He became the Managing Partner of the Firm in July 1995 consequent on the retirement of the former Senior Partner, Alhaji I O Sulaimon.
Alhaji Olapade is a Council member of Nexia International and the Chairman of the firm’s Practice Standards Development Committee. He was the Chairman of the Kaduna District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [ICAN] between1993 and 1996.

Mr. Sulaimon is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and business Recovery and Insolvency
Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He qualified in 1984
prior to which he was artified at Balogun Ayanfalu & Co.
Subsequently, he joined E. Duro Alalade & Co and ose through the
ranks to the post of Audit Manager. He joined Sulaimon & Co. in
1986 and was admitted as a partner in 1991.
He specializes in auditing and investigation of multi-nationals,
Governmental Parastatals and Nigeria Reporting Standards

Mr. Ijeh is an Assocaite of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
He qualified as an Accountant in 1990 prior to which he was
artified to Olubi Chu & Co. He left the firm, Olubi Chu & Co,
to join Sulaimon & Co in 1985. He rose to the post of Senior
manager before he was admitted partner in January 1995.

James Olusola Bogunjoko is an Associate Member of both the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the
Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
He was articled to Egunjobi Sulaimon & Co., prior to which he
was an Accounts Officer with the Natioanl Electric Power
Authority, Kano. He trained with spicer & Spicer & pegler (chartered
Accountants) in Leeds, United Kingdom (1979-1981).
He was also an secondment to Egunjobi Sulaimon & Co, Muscat,
Sultanate of Oman (1983-1985).
He rose through the ranks to the level of Resident Director in Lagos
Office in 1990 and was made a partner in April 2002. He has
specialist interest in computer audit, investigation and taxation.

Alhaji Balarabe Musa worked in the public Services from 1953 to
1975 as treasury Clerck, Instructor in Accounting subjects,
Executive Officer, Commercial Office Industrial Promotion,
Accountant, and finally Chief Accounting /Company Secretary.
Qualified as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified
Accountants (UK), Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria,
Institute of Chartered Secretaries (London) and Institute of
Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Nigeria). Alhaji
Balarabe Musa, former Governor of Kaduna State, Serves
Sulaimon & Co. as a consultant. |
